- Since August 2026, working on research and outreach for synecoculture (augmented ecosystems) at the Synecoculture Association.
- Volunteering at UCHISOTO CAFE in Kasama, Sakae-ku, Yokohama, where I run experimental synecoculture plots (since July 2025). Together with a landscaper, a florist and local regulars, I take part in building a community through greenery. I build and run my own tools, such as a species identification app using the iNaturalist API and IoT, to digitize how we manage the plots and record the wildlife we find.
- Running sanpou, an iOS app I built on my own. It started from a lack of exercise and the realization that ideas come when you step away from your desk. The app is about the happiness of safely forgetting the ideas you run into in the information age, so you can focus on the present.
- Exploring PKM as a way to master the magic of the information age, and recording my practice on this blog.

Embedded in the development team of a B2B HR-tech SaaS for hiring and interviews. Built a new service from scratch and helped grow it from zero to dozens of client companies. From 2023, led a team of five as engineering manager, bringing Scrum and AI into everyday development.

Specified and prototyped an in-house web app with Vue.js and Django. The pandemic made me rethink how I wanted to live, and I moved into web development.

As a junior software engineer, worked on autonomous driving R&D and developed a demo software stack. Earned Udacity’s Self-Driving Car Engineer Nanodegree and the JDLA Deep Learning (G) certificate.

Took a gap year after university. Taught English to elementary and junior high school students at a cram school and published an e-book on English education on Kindle. Studied Python and web development.
